I’m reblogging this, again, in response to the recent post. This woman right here is probably more healthy than my skinny friends COMBINED.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IS NOT AN INDICATOR OF HOW HEALTHY SOMEONE IS.
To be fair though, not all strong people are healthy. I do agree with you for the most part that weight doesn’t matter as long as you are healthy, and you cannot say if someone is or is not by looking at them.
